We are looking for an engaged and ambitious Support Specialist to join our growing team
As our new support specialist, you will be the first point of contact at MBL and must thrive in a fast-moving environment. You will be expected to be a service-oriented person always willing to meet our clients’ needs with positive ‘can-do’ attitude and to work hard to ensure that they get world-class support and fast response time when calling / emailing us. Furthermore, we expect you to play a key role in supporting our sales teams, but also contribute by solving various ad hoc assignments in other areas including branding & marketing.
Key job tasks
– First Line Phone/Email support
– Help clients get in touch with the right person the MBL team
– Administrative task helping to connect the dots in MBL
– Support sales team
– Research & data
– Maintain pipeline (we use Active Campaign)
– Ad hoc tasks
In addition to the key job tasks above you will have plenty of opportunity to learn and grow both professionally and individually as a part of MyBlueLabel. Our team contains competencies within IT, Solutions & Services, Sales and Marketing and in time you will have possibility to take more responsibility in one or more areas and set your own stamp on your professional development.
