MyBlueLabel Incident Management serves as a support to your hotline or helpdesk. The module will give the employees the possibility of calling or writing regarding an incident. You or your designated team can log in at the incident registered in the Inventory and support the user. Categorizing the incident helps trending on issues registered throughout the organization.
